Hi guys!
First post in the forum, thank you guys for allowing me to join the community
My problem is quite strange, due to the fact that before the crimson drivers, I was able to successfully over or undervolt my r9 280x with msi afterburner, having checked in the program the voltage control and monitoring.
Now, with the new crimson drivers (quite a few months ago I know), my graphics card has been stuck at 1.256 volts, ignoring completely the msi afterburner settings I have placed (everything is unlocked, I can move the sliders, etc.) but the graphics card still runs at that voltage.
This is what ive tried:
-uninstall and install old and new drivers
-update bios
-install and uninstall windows 10
-install and uninstall msi afterburner
-change pcie slot location of the graphics card
Ive search the web for quite a long time and ive come to the conclusion it is amd overdrive overclocking utility which makes the voltage so high. I have not seen any option whatsoever at the amd overdrive nor at installing the drivers. What can I do?
PD: any extra questions just ask me and ill answer them. Thank you!
