Graphics card no display, fans on

GPU - Msi 1070 ti 8g

Motherboard - Msi 7 A67 001R Intel B250

PSU - Seasonic 520W ATX12V

The issue I'm experiencing is after I've plugged all the graphics card in with all the necessary cables, the system turns on (fans for cpu and gpu). But I get no display, even when I plug the HDMI + DVI into the motherboard or gpu.

I'm really not sure what to do. Any help will be appreciated.

Which cpu do you have and other components? And did you plug 2 seperate 6pin and 8pin into gpu, not single 6+8pin?
And if you have CPU with high TDP i think your psu may not be eunogh, your psu max is 480W, GPU uses around 230Wwith OC,180W without OC (OC=overclock).

CPU - i5 6400 not overclocked
RAM - 8gbs

Yes, I plugged 2 separate 6 pin + 8pin. I've read on other threads that changing the bios for the harddrive makes a difference.

I would run with onboard graphics and updating bios for motherboard as you said, did you uninstall previous drivers of GPU with DDU (display driver uninstaller)?
