Did you place your card in properly. My first ever solution on this site was the fact that someone didn't push in their GPU all the way.
You need to make sure your motherboard/PC sits properly down and is well supported, so that your GPU has to come from above it and into the soket. Then place your GPU directly on your PCI-E slot. Hold the card by the metal parts and especially the metal end on the left, then start pressing it in, don't rush but do it firmly and powerfully. As long as you don't feel like you're breaking your motherboard it should be fine. Usually you can hear a tick when it's in and you should be able to see it come out the other side with the metal left part.

The main test is, and do this while the card isn't pulled down by gravitation as to not break the PCI-E plug, the card should barely be able to move even without any screws in it. That's when it's properly FITTED inside the slot. And that's when you can put the screws back in and close up your PC. A GPU that is properly fitted should NOT MOVE.

Does it display the BIOS?
Check if you forgot to put 6 or 8pins power to the gpu itself to power it up. And make sure to pin down to connect all pins on the gpu to your pcie socket.

And please list pc specs as follows.

Are you connecting both 6&8 pin external power to the rear of the card?

Regarding igpu, usually installing a graphics card automatically disables igpu/motherboard video ports.

Yes i am connecting all 8 pins and still not getting the display while the gpu fans are running ... plz anyone help

The reason im asking for specific models is so i can understand what we're dealing with. I need to know if your GTX 770 has an 1x 6 pin and 1x 8 pin and if your power supply has these.

You said, all 8 pin is connected, what about the other 6? As you can see below of the various GTX 770 models, i haven't seen one with only an 8 pin.

Fyi, fans spinning isn't an indication the card is getting full power.

Antec true power 550 watt power supply and my gigabyte the one with three fans and has a total of 14 pins and all are connected properly... pc starts but doesnt display
