Question Graphics Card not detected on Asus Tuf Gaming H470-PRO ?

Hello,

I recently bought a new mother board ASUS TUF Gaming H470 PRO and an i5 10400F (no iGPU).

I have a Asus Strix RX5700 graphic card.
My PSU is a Thermaltake grand Toughpower 850W.

So, my problem:
When booting, the VGA led remains on and I can hear 1 beep followed by 3 others (meaning VGA problem).
I desesperatly tried with other cards (MSI RX 550 and Sapphire RX570) but each time VGA led on, no boot.

I also tried the second PCIe 16x but still no luck.

Last I reset the Bios but again no luck.
The PC doesn't boot, no graphic card is detected!

I tried removing the M2, also all SSD but nothing worked.

Does anyone have a clue about what could be the issue ?
Is there something I missed ?

Where applicable, have you connected 8-pin and/or 6-pin PCIe power cables to the graphics card ?

Yes, on the RX5700, the led are blue (power ok).
I also tried with an older card that doesn't require extra power (RX550).
The fans turn but no vga detected

Got the same motherboard, same problem.
rma send and receive the new one today, and got the same vga white led again.

x580 sapphire

I have update the bios with another cheap video card, and after the bios update its working!
