Graphics card problems (R9 390 NITRO)

Hi, this is my first rig (http://nz.pcpartpicker.com/p/dgL4K8) And to get the screws into the pcie slot bay thingy at the back of the case, i hade to push it towards the back, also it extends over the cable managment thing. Is this pushing a problem?

I run the Nitro in my system now, the pci-e slots you are talking about are in the back so the card should just snap in place and you you will half to lift it a little so you can screw it down. As far as cable management goes you half to be more clear on that for me if you can.
