Graphics Card won't work at all.

So my main problem with my PC is the fact that I can't use the graphics card at almost any extent. Once my system tries to use my graphics card it automatically just does some epileptic show and then restarts. I've looked into it more and most people say its because of my northbridge is dying. So I've bought a new motherboard and yet the issue persists. I don't know if its because of my graphics card being jacked up or it not getting enough wattage since issues related to this have a solution via tweaking voltages.I would appreciate any help! (I have my MOBO BIOS updated to support Fx-6300) Setup is:

CPU: AMD Fx-6300

GPU: MSI R7 370 8GB Gaming Edition

PSU: Corsair CX-430 (430w)

MOBO: Asus M5A78L-M/USB3

Not sure about your 8GB version of the r7 370, but according to a 2GB version https://www.msi.com/Graphics-card/R7-370-GAMING-2G.html#hero-specification it recommends a 500W PSU. You state having a 430W PSU. Personally I would look towards obtaining a higher rated PSU to test to eliminate the PSU as an issue.

You state having a 430W PSU. Personally I would look towards obtaining a higher rated PSU to test to eliminate the PSU as an issue.

Sorry for not getting back immediately, but I have upgraded to a Seasonic 520W PSU and it didn't solve anything.

Sounds like power delivery is essentially eliminated as an issue then.

Does the BIOS splash screen show normally? When does it start acting up? (You mention when your system tries to use your graphics card.) I want to lean towards a driver issue as it can be a possible cause.

So the computer acts up when I try to do something that demands my graphics card to process something. My BIOS Splash Screen looks ok as far as I as I can tell.

So it starts having problems when trying to boot to Windows after the BIOS splash screen? If that's the case then it's possible it's a corrupt driver.

I would suggest booting into safe mode and performing a clean installation of drivers to see if it helps.

If you're not using Windows 10, then search for the relevant version of Windows you're using. Should be fairly similar.

Sorry, I should've worked it better. It can load up windows fine, but if I open up a browser or any application it starts messing up.

I would still suggest a clean installation of drivers just to eliminate the possibility of driver corruption. If we eliminate the software causes then we're left with the worst case scenario of it being a hardware problem. And having changed motherboard and a new PSU it only seems to leave the graphics card itself.
