Some graphics cards for this? also how do I install graphics cards into It, if it's even possible at all, also I wanted it to be good enough for gaming

A low power low profile card is all it would take, don't expect a high end card work . The 180w PSU doesn't leave much room.
Can you take it back and get the tower instead or is it too late?
