It's crossfire with amd. Whilst yes you can do it just don't.
Barely any game supports crossfire anymore, the performance increase if there even is one (often it's below 30% or even a negative performance impact) is not worth the money, the amount of compatibility issues is really high and it's just a pain overall where you'll end up almost never using the second card.

Always get a single stronger gpu over going multi gpu. So sell your 570 and get a gtx 1070 or vega 56 with the money you get from it + the money you were going to use to get a second 570.
