Graphics HD 3650 Help?

Can anyone kindly check if this card will be compatible with a 4x AGP slot? The Motherboard is a (yes i know, its old) P4VXASD2+.

Well, the specs on that page say AGP 8x/4x, so it looks like it will work fine.
