So, i want to update my driver but it says that the driver i have cannot be update,. I want to do this ebcausse im havign some lag in game League of Legends and would like to have the most updated driver available within my system( i don't have cash now to get a better card).

Well, i have this:

Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family
Thsi driver: 7.15.10.1554

Identifying a driver to update intel page told me this:
A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel Driver Update Utility is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel driver instead of the customized computer manufacturer driver may cause technical issues. Contact your computer manufacturer for the latest driver for your computer.

So should i install this:

Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator Driver, Windows 7* 64, Windows Vista* 64 (exe)

?

Or will it mess up my machine if i do? PLs help.

Get the drivers from the PC vendor support site. Updating the drivers will not get you much help with that video chip, it's very slow. And it looks like you have a cheaper laptop so no amount of money will help you upgrade the video card in it.
