Question (graphics) Please help

So unfortunately I had to uninstall and reinstall WIndows 10 due to a boot problem that kept occurring that would keep me from being able to get to the Windows 10 log in screen. I got that issue resolved, but after i finally got back into my PC, the graphics for my games are considerably worse than they were before. Like the game is playable from a speed perspective, its just like my graphics aged 5-7 years. The skins look blockier and fuzzy and all the details are blurred. I have tried reinstalling drivers, rolling back drivers, uninstalling the graphics card and reinstalling it, and none of it has made it any better (or worse for that matter). I am not even entirely sure that the problem is related to the graphics card itself, rather it might be another component not recognizing the graphics card? I am kind of lost as to where to go from here, so any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

first you need to write all pc spec and game you were playing and fps before and after.
