Question Graphics Shorting on Dark Colors

I'm having this strange problem with my ASUS TUF VG27VQ where, after about a year of owning it with no damages, my display glitches on the bottom screen, constantly repeating the image and not displaying anything that goes on near my taskbar. I attempted to solve the issue by switching to HDMI from DisplayPort, but after a month it's been having the same issue. The weirder thing is, it only happens against dark colors. Against white backgrounds, the display is fine. Time has also been noted to be a solution, in fact as I type this the issue has once again solved itself, though I would rather this issue not happen to begin with. I also know that the issue is tied to this monitor specifically because I use a dual monitor setup and my other monitor has displayed no issues.

Swap monitors. If other one has same issue its hardware related in pc. If not then its just the monitor
