Graphics Upgrade help

So I have 2 options in my budget only and need help choosing the best. Msi 1gb Gtx650Ti oc or Msi 1gb Hd7790 oc.

Ok thanks. Last question,I see Dx11.2 coming with windows 8.1 and includes some new features that allow your gpu to swap/buffer textures around from system ram almost like the new ps4 does with its unified memory. Will those features work on a hd7790? Or will we all need a next gen GPU upgrade to use those features? I will only be getting it in 2weeks time. So if anyone knows of a reliable online shop shipping to SA please let me know, so I can check it out.

Even if these features work on the 7790, you'll won't want it. Basically because the speed ddr3 or even ddr4 RAM sticks are slower than GDDR5 VRAM used on the 7790, meaning that feature will hurt your FPS more than increase it. PS4 has 8gb of just GDDR5, so you know why is that feature useful there.

Seems those Dx11.2 Features (Tiled Resources) will in fact be supported by the Hd7790. Some newly released/rebranded low-end cards like HD7570, 7560, GT630, GT640 still uses ddr3 as their graphic memory type 😉
