[GraphicCardStuttering]

I previously had a rx 560 4 gb, I upgraded it to gtx 1650. But there is a lot of stuttering in the new gpu.
Here are my specs:
Intel core i7 3770
16 gb ram
500 gb ssd.
Please let me know the fix to it.
I also have same gpu in another pc of specs:
ryzen 5 3600
16gb ram
500 gb ssd
In the second pc, there is no stuttering.
