green and red edges on videos and games

hi,
all of a sudden im getting green and red edges around video and games. almost like a 3d image.
ive vhecked nvidia 3d settings but im stumped. any ideas?

Screen shots man, we need them. Please be more specific, like specs, monitor, type of video cable.

can't get screen shot as it only does it when video /game is moving.
