Green flickers, Green screens and Green screen crashes

I just got a new PC a month ago. recently, it's been having alot of problems. Every time I play a game, I keep getting green flickers every 5 minutes or so, sometimes the whole screen goes Green and I'd need to reconnect the HDMI cable for it to come back. other times the whole Pc just crashes with the green screen and never recovers. This only happens when I play any sort of game. I don't really want to Clean install windows as I have too many games and alot of Important files. Any fixes? I haven't done anything weird with the Bios setting other than on Visualization and have a 2nd boot for Phoenix OS

AMD Ryzen 5 2400g
Gigabyte A320M-HD2
Crucial 2400MHz 1x 8GB stick
Stock Cooler
450W PSU
*(PSU Came with the Case so it's crap)*

use hwinfo and check your system temp ,voltages anf fan speed to test gpu use gpu-z rendering option and check with hwinfo for is details for the psu use occt to stress is under load .
