Question Green light flashes 2x on start up ?

Hello, I just recently installed my new RX 5700 XT and i noticed this problem where green light flashes on startup then disappears.
please help me as I don't want any disappointments with my new graphic card. I have paid good money to this.

I have tested with another monitor, both of them are TVs actually with an hdmi input. The problem disappears when I test it on that device. Both of the TVs have 60hz refresh rate btw.

(I'll upgrade to a real monitor don't worry 😂)
