Question green light on the boot

help, I just finished assembling my new pc and when I turn it on i have the green light on boot and my monitor has no signal

MOBO: asus rog strix b650e-f gaming wifi
CPU: ryzen 7 7800x3d
GPU: rtx 4070 TI super
RAM: corsair vengence ddr5 32gb 6000MHz CL30
PSU: msi mag a850gl pcie5 850w
STORAGE: wd-black sn850x 1tb m.2 pcie gen4 nvme 7300mb/s
COOLING: arctic liquid freezer iii 360

You forgot to mention what your storage drive is on your system's specs, as well as the what you're using to cool the processor. Please include them. Which slot/port is the storage drive populating on your motherboard?
