I have a Lenovo P50 laptop, this thing is brand spanking new but I have been having some issues out of it. Since I purchased it there has been green horizontal lines showing up in my office 365 products (word, excel, outlook) and it only seems to be the office 365 products.
At first I thought maybe the graphics card was going bad but it only happens with office, then I thought maybe it was drivers. So I updated the drivers they were the most current drivers. I checked the BIOs to make sure the integrated GPU was not turned on, I even uninstalled any extra drivers for the graphics card and nothing seems to make a difference.
I hate to think that my GPU is bad straight out of the box, I have had that happen before though. Is there a way I can check the memory for the GPU and just overall the GPU itself, is there a program I can download?
Here a image of what I have been getting.
