[SOLVED] Grounding myself before handling PC parts

Hey so i got a question, its known to keep your PSU plugged into the wall but have the PSU switch in the OFF position. Can i still use my PSU for grounding if it doesnt have an ON / OFF switch ... basically it will always be ON. I want to be able to build my new pc without any ESD issues etc.

You're overthinking - just touch an exposed metal part of your case occasionally to release any built up static.

I have been building and fiddling with my computers for the last 15 years and I've never done anything special beyond what I've told you. I've even built on carpet (which so many people are against). I have had zero problems in all that time.
