Im upgrading my gpu in my pc soon, and I was wondering how to ground myself. Do I need a anti static wristband for a hopefully quick upgrade? My bedroom has carpet, so I'll be building it downstairs on a wooden floor, but I've seen videos where it says that you should keep your pc's psu connected, but turned off, (But I can't do that). My case is a cm 690 ii which is made of lots of plastic, what will I need to touch to ground myself? Thanks.
