I purchased a set of Gskill memory

I then determined that 1 stick was bad due to some BSOD's and random restarts and more BSOD's I also ran MEMTEST. I had to RMA the sticks but I could not be down and out for too long because I need the PC for work.
I ran over to microcenter and picked up these

Everything works fine. I intended to Sell the GSKILL once They returned from RMA but as the price of them has dropped I doubt that I will get my moneys worth for them. I therefore decided to use them in my PC for a total of 12GB of RAM. Will I run into any serious trouble? Can I down volt the Patriot to 1.6 and run them with the GSKILL?
This is my Motherboard

System Specs
Core i7 930 w Megahalems Cooler
Coolermaster HAF Black Case
Dual ATI RADEON 5870 in Crossfire
Corsair SSD
Western Digital Black 1tb Storage
I have overclocked nothing and only plan on overclocking the CPU to something respectable eventually. Any help would be appreciated.
