Question GTA 5 causes my peripherals to die

It is strange. I can play Warzone all day, and no problem whatsoever. However, when I play GTA, whether it be instant or take a few minutes, my peripherals will die and the CPU light on my motherboard will turn red. I have reseated my RAM, conducted OCCT tests on CPU, GPU, and PSU, all coming back with no errors. Any idea what might be causing this to occur? I forgot to mention, I have already deleted and reinstalled GTA, and I purchased the game through steam. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

My thought is a faltering PSU.

However more information is needed.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition.
