GTA 5 crashes while "Loading story mode"

Hi there! i have looked for 3 hours and tried every suggestion from every website about how to fix this issue, but none have worked.

About half way through loading story mode it crashes and says "Not Responding"

I have even re-installed the game twice.

Please help.

Note: GTA 5 did work the first time i downloaded it, however after modifying it with a trainer it crashed every time, but now every time i re download it it still crashes so i don't think the trainer is the reason.


Specs:
windows 7 Professional
8GB RAM
MSI nvidia GTX 760 OC (Handles game fine on high settings 2560x1440)
64-bit
i5-4440 @ 3.10GHz

Oh you installed a trainer? When you uninstall a game any file inserted through mods does not get uninstalled on some occasions. Try deleting the files that came with the trainer, they may still be in your GTA V directory.

Dude, i have completely (COMPLETELY) Uninstalled and deleted all game files before re installing.

(Unless its auto injecting itself from somewhere else on my pc or something, but the trainer worked fine until i exited the game and couldn't start it again)

If it is the issue where would the files be located?

They shouldn't be, unless it is the angry planes or noclip mod.

Well, I got GTA 5 ps3 and 4 so its not argent i get it fixed, ill keep looking for a fix tho.
