GTA 5 or Just Cause 3 on PC (in steam sale)

I only have money for one of the games, also i already own the ps3 version of gta 5 and have finished it, i havent played just cause 3 though.

Well then you should go for Just Cause 3, unless you are planning on doing heavy multiplayer gaming on your PC for GTA V, else there is no point to replay it just on a PC.

the mods and the new content for the "nexgen" version of GTA V alone would make it a more viable option for me.

Just Cause games are fun for some hapless destruction but that always gets old.
