Can i run gta 5 in my laptop which has core i5 2.40ghz processor,4gb ram and 2gb graphics

Your laptop seems a bit below this so it may run, albeit slowly and you will have to lower the graphics resolution for it.

That's the size of the GPU buffer, not the power of the CPU. A 2GB GT730 is much less powerful than the 2GB 1050TI. Your ram is less than the minimum and your CPU probably is as well. I more or less agree with Reynod. It might run, but you'll need to turn everything down/off. I don't see it running well at all.
