Hello,
Yesterday i installed GTA V and i noticed my GPU was only using 1%. I've looked on google for about 2 hours to find awnsers and a fix but no luck. Today i installed a clean windows so that checks out some issues where people are talking about. Installed latest drivers got GTA installed and same problem... GPU is using around 70-80%. I've did a bottleneck test and with my specs it's only 5.54% becous 80% of people on treads said it was becous of a bottleneck. I've also set my GPU priority on Nvidia control panel. Also looked up some Benchmarks on youtube to see what GPU usage people had and they got 100% with with same specs... At this point i don't really know what to do and i will really appriciate if someone can give me some awnsers or even a fix why this is happening. This is the only game i've played that has this issue. I've had a GTX 980TI SC before with the same CPU and didn't had this problem.

PC Specs:
Intel i7 4790k (Not overclocked)
EVGA GTX 1070 (Not overclocked)
Corsair 2x8GB DDR3 1600MHz (Dual Channel)
ASRock H81M-DGS R2.0
Corsair RM650 (650w)
Samsung SSD 250GB
