Gta V crashes, error: err_gfx_d3d_init

So, i just switched from a radeon 7770 to a gtx 1070. But when i launch gta v this error comes up: GTA V ERRO ERR GFX D3D INIT. I can play every other game. Only gta v has a problem. Can you help me?

Where can i do that?
I am quite sure i saw gtx 1070 in the settings note file. So i dont think thats the problem.

You can use DDU (Google it) to make sure you have removed all traces of old drivers and then reinstall the latest nVidia drivers again.
That specific D3D error is related to DirectX. You can install/update that here:

I had previously already deleted the amd drivers with the tool. But i did that after i installed the gtx drivers. Now i deleted both, the nvidia and amd drivers. Installed and updated all the nvidia drivers, and i am still getting the same error.
