Guys I Have Bought gta v serial key for cheap but i dont have the game can you tell me how to download the game p.s-i dont want to download from steam its too messy

You can only purchase the game through Steam as far as I know. Not really any way to get around that.
If you can use Steam go up to the Games drop down list in the top-left of the screen and click activate a product and then fill in your product serial key.

Steam or the Rockstar downloader are the only ways to get it.
