i want to build a gaming pc for games like ac unity and gta v on hgh setting.
the first thing in a rig is to chose a CPU.. ... .... i want a cpu that last in longrun and also leave a room for an upgrade in few years.
i dont know which way to go intel vs amd . i am happy to pay little extra fro a good cpu which last for few years but like any other i want best for as less money as possible.

for Intel
i was thinking i7 4770k or 4790k

for amd
i was thinking fx 8350 or fx 8370

can you please tell me which to chose and most importantly can you attach the mobo and cooler that goes with.

Core i7 is much much stronger in terms of everything than FX,
Intel has recently release 5th gen i7 processor
Core i7 5930k-$579.91
Mobo-MSI GAMING III Z97 - $195.99
Cooler-cooler master Gemini S524-$65

The i7 5930k uses lga 2011-v3 socket and would not fit that mobo anyway.
Though neither seems to fit the OPs budget, but I just wanted to point it out.
