GTA V is running very slowly

Everybody seems to be raving about how good GTA V PC is optimized but for me it is running very slowly. I have most my graphics settings on normal and am using directX 10.1 since that seemed to work better. Mu GPU is a radeon 7950 and CPU is a fx 4130 along with 8GB of ddr3 1600 ram. I even downloaded the beta 15.4 amd drivers which are supposed to run gta V very well and i still get 25 frames when im in the city. Is there any way to fix this?

New processor, any FX x1xx series processor is weak, especially the 41xx series.

That PC is not very good for GTA 5, especially the CPU. from looking at requirements: http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=1308&game=Grand%20Theft%20Auto%20V
The CPU needs to be a lot better. A CPU upgrade would be good if you can get one.

Would the fx 6300 be a good upgrade? If not what would be the best upgrade for around $100?

An AMD FX-8320 would be a much better bet if you're able to find the extra $40.

My gta 5 is running real slow, but I think that the problem is some driver. When I installed the gta 5 everything was nice and I didn't have any problem but now after some windows update drivers the game start's real slow and the game is running real REAL slow.. one movement on 2 seconds I have great laptop. my laptop is ..
