Question GTA V Online stuttering

Hi, I can play singleplayer without any stutter (campaign mode, not online solo) but as soon as I play online for about 20 mins I get stutter.

I play a lot of missions (I don't know if that increases the stutter)

This is my PC:

CPU: Intel i7 7700 3.6Ghz
RAM: 8Gb (2x4Gb) Corsair Vengeance LPX 2133Mhz CL13
HDD: Western Digital Blue 1Tb 64Mb Cache 7200RPM
Motherboard: Asus H270-Plus Prime
Power Supply: 500W Silent 85+ 12Cm
SSD: No
Video Card: Gigabyte GTX 1050 OC 2Gb GDDR51
OS: Windows 10 Home 64Bit

I've been using MSI Afterburner and it shows this

GPU: Always under 40% (low settings)
CPU1: Around 30-60% but at stutters it gets to 97-100%
CPU2-4: Never more than 5%
Physical RAM usage: Around 2500 all the time
Pagefile usage: Around 9000-9500 all the time


Running on DirectX 11, tried 10 but same. Fullscreen, tried borderless windowed but same.

Changing from GTA to another program (or just the desktop) and opening GTA again makes the stutter even worse. If there isn't stutter and I do it, the stutter begins.

All drivers up to date. Fullscreen Optimization disabled.

check cpu/gpu temp?
gta v should be multi threads.
is this a new or upgrade build?

Will check cpu later, gpu is at 58º. I don't know how to set it to multi thread, cpu is new, rest is 2 years old

sound like the install only know your old cpu
