Hey Tom's,
I have only encountered this problem recently with my copy of GTAV (it worked perfectly before). As shown in the picture, the textures in-game will flash white over the otherwise-normal textures. I have tried many possible ways around the issue such as changing the DirectX version to 10.1 or 10, changing the graphical settings, putting Vsync on full or half, installing and reinstalling both my normal Nvidia drivers along with the GTAV Game-Ready drivers, uninstalling all my mods, and restarting both my game and my computer, all to no avail. I cannot find this issue anywhere else, whether it be a Rockstar forum or elsewhere. As I stated, this only started a few days ago while I was playing normally. The only mod I had was a simple trainer mod which I have since uninstalled. I used to have some issues before with buildings not popping up until I was extremely close by, along with issues with ground textures. Other than that, it's running seemingly fine at 40-60 FPS.

Keep in mind that these are only stills, and that the white parts change from frame to frame
My Specs:
Core 2 Quad Q9550
GTX 560 Ti
4 GB RAM
Hopefully someone can help me with this issue and help me get back to gaming.
