Gtx 1050 ti in Dell Inspiron 3847

I have a 500w psu and when i plug my gygabite gtx 1050 ti with the twin fan i just get a black screen any ideas on whats wrong

Most likely the Secure UEFI Bios has detected the foreign hardware and is blocking boot. remove the card and then power up and enter the Bios and Disable Secure boot then try again.
You may additionally have to Enable CSM (Comaptibility Support Module) and enable Legacy mode as well but try Secure boot first.

I have treid taking off secure boot and it didnt change. I then tried legacy and all i got was a error. I will try the csm now
