gtx 1050 ti with 280w power supply

Hi. I was wondering if my 280w psu i have work with this? or not?:

CPU: Intel Celeron G1820
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1050 Ti OC 4G
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600 2x4GB

and also should i get a 1050 instead becouse of the bottleneck or will i not get better fps with a 1050 then a 1050ti on my setup?

I run an 1050 TI in my HP 8300. It has an I7-3770, 2 hard drives and only a 240 watt power supply. It runs great, I would recommend this card to anyone.

It should work, and I would go with the TI.
