GTX 1060 3GB 60 FPS Cap

When i play Rainbow Six Siege, The game stays capped at 60 FPS.
Vsync is off. but all other settings are on ultra.
Running the game at
1360x760

Go to Nvidia control panel.
Manage 3D settings.
Power management mode.
Set this to Prefer maximum performance.
Unless the game has the frame cap bug on your computer.
Seems to affect some and not others.
