GTX 1060 6gb combo?

Ok now i have gtx 750 ti , i5 750 and i am looking for an upgrade. I am going to buy a Palit GeForce GTX 1060 6GB Dual and i am looking for a motherboard and cpu. I also have 8gb ddr3. Maximum budget = 900$ (something like that). Maybe i am looking for ryzen but idk. Suggestions ?
