[SOLVED] GTX 1060 6gb low power draw

I've been having frame drops in games during effects (Apex legends nades, abilieties and in diffrent games too). I've run a stress test and in HWMonitor it says it draws only 60-68W at 100% usage. Is this normal? My Psu is a OCZ StealthXstream 2 600W which is a gold rated supply but is very old so it can be the problem. What do you guys think? Im also on a clean windows installation and updated all drivers. The cpu is a ryzen 5 2600

Back when it came out, it was...alright. Now, after all these years, you should just ditch the unit.

Try working with another, reliably built 550W PSU, borrowed from a friend or neighbor.
