Question GTX 1060 Max Q drops to 0% usage on games!

Hi! I am on a Lenovo Legion Y520 laptop, here are the specs:
i5-7300HQ
1060MaxQ 3gb
8Gb 2400MHz ram

Recently when playing Forza Horizon 4, using the game's own FPS and GPU% overlay I can see that my GPU drops to 0% usage randomly. I checked on 7 days to die using MSI afterburner and the same thing is happening there as well. It is really annoying and I would really appreciate any help! Thanks.

what the cpu/gpu temp and usage during the drop?

CPU sticks at around 80 degrees, and same with GPU. Although I have seen better performance with those same temps. It just happened randomly. I used to be able to play FH4 with 60fps, but now its barely 20.
edit: It may be the newest driver from Nvidia which is 445.87. Not sure though cause I can't seem to find anything about my problems on forums etc.
