Question GTX 1060 mini problems?

Hi all I started having problems a day ago before that everything was running fine, i have this problem where my pc hangs and feels clunky when doing simple things like browsing/watching videos even moving the mouse around makes the mouse pointer freeze for a second then work again, when browsing the screen sometimes goes black then on again and if there is sound playing it makes a nasty mechanical sticking sound when the pc hangs for a second. I figured it might be an outdated gpu driver... i uninstalled the driver i was running which solved the problem but when got the latest driver it started again.

System
Intel Core i7 2600K
Asus P8H67 -M LE
16GB low voltage RAM(2x8GB)
Zotac GTX 1060 6GB mini
Cosair TX750M
Windows 10 Pro

If anyone have problems like these please report it. Help would be appreciated. thanks

Have you tried doing a FRESH and clean re-install/format of the OS as well ? Are you using Windows 10 OS ?

yes im using win10 pro and no haven't reinstalled my OS.

Give it a try, IF possible. Also, before doing that, scan your PC for any malware/Virus, just to rule this out. ELSE, the problem might be somewhere else, maybe some hardware component ?

Think i might just check if a restore point works rather than doing a full reinstall
