I know there are thousands of threads comparing these two cards, but still i give it a shot. I can choose from EVGA GTX 1060 (not SC) and Gigabyte G1 RX 480 8GB,they are for same price, which one should i get? I know that GTX is generally better, but Gigabyte has better cooling, thats what im worried about Evga. This and i dont know the situation of AMD drivers,i used to use only NVidia and they were pretty good while AMD ones were criticised a lot. Thx for the answers.

Latest benchmarks show AMD gaining ground, here is comparison of GTX1060 vs RX480 (reference) 6 months ago and now: http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum/hardware-canucks-reviews/73945-gtx-1060-vs-rx-480-updated-review-23.html
And AMD has been extremely (!) busy with the drivers- they are sure investing a lot of effort and money into them now. Just today we have a leak of huge driver/feature update to be released, with many new features:

As for which to buy- if you think you will at some point buy a freesync monitor to use with this card- then RX480. If not- then they are about the same.
AMD drivers are fine. The RX 480 is more future proof becuase it performs much better in upcoming Direct X 12 games, also it has more VRAM which is needed by newer games. The Direct X 12 is mostly based on AMD API that's why RX 480 will always outpermorm GTX 1060 in future games.
