Gtx 1060 with ssd or gtx 1070 without an ssd

Which of these pc is better/faster? The cyberpower gxivr3800wst or omen 870-244? The cyberpower has a gtx 1060 and ssd. The omen has a gtx 1070 but no ssd.

Well, the first negative is "cyberpower".

I doubt the only difference is the GPU +- SSD.
