GTX 1070 or Gigabyte vega 64?? Also, will these specs reach the 144 fps in 1080p?

THIS IS THE PC! I WILL PLAY GAMES IN 1080p AND 144hz. I WILL MOSTLY PLAY GAMES AND WATCH YOUTUBE. MAYBE RECORD AND MAKE SOME VIDEOES. GIVE ME FEEDBACK!

I can also choose between the INNO 3d GTX 1070 or the Gigabyte Vega 64. Which one of those two is the best GPU for this build??

I beleive the GTX 1070 is the better buy for 1080p gaming. RX Vega excels at 1440p and 4K more so.

Overall, the Vega 64 outperforms the 1070 in just about every case. The Vega 56 outperforms the 1070 enough that Nvidia pushed out the 1070Ti in response.

I'd say the Vega 64 would be the better performer, though it does consume more power.

If they are the same price, definitely get the vega 64. Can you tell us how much your gpu budget is so we can suggest a gpu that might be better.

I guess I was just remembering the one or two games in which RX Vega performed like crap compared to GTX 1070 at 1080p. Whie RX Vega may outperform a GTX 1070, it is not a good choice for 1080p considering the price.

some games, not all


if you want to 100% run most games 144hz then you need a gtx 1080 ti

hold off on your build gpu. the newer nvidia gpu are dropping soon. for the same funds now you can get a faster gpu when the newer ones drop in a few weeks.
