Hi everyone, I'm super new here.
I have a GTX 1070 MSI gaming X
i7-4790k
16GB corsair vengeance 2400 speed Ram
samsung evo SSD
I use to game at 75FPS now I can hardly hit 40 on the same system with the same settings!!
I switched from my HDMI cable and was using the VGA slot on my MB for a day. I reconnected the HDMI cable to my graphics card and then I started to have terrible, terrible performance through games and bench marks. I use to game at 1080p 75FPS on all games, now in those same games, my average fps is like 30. I formatted the PC twice. I reinstalled the drivers many times, I disabled game DVR.
Forza Horizon 4 benchmark shows me that the FPS and the GPU usage are fluctuations like crazy, the GPU usage seem to not pass 60%
I honestly do not know what else to do. Please help!!!
