good morning
since a few days ago my graphics card gtx 1080 ti does not start, this is:
- If I put the two 8-pin connectors on the computer, it does not start the computer or the graphics card
- If I put only the 8-pin connector on the right, the computer starts up and the graphics card also, but the graphics card does not appear, the screen remains black.

The images are:

Is it possible that it is shorting, and therefore does not start the graphics card or the computer due to the resistance R005 that seems to be burned?

Also, in the third picture the chips have a dark color around them, can they be burned too?

No guarantee left ...
About the components of my computer are:

Aeroocol platinum 850w
i7 8700k
asus maximus x apex

Thank you very much...

If it is no display, I would say yes, something very strange is with the power delivery or just the card in general. Do you have a spare PSU to use? It may be a bad PCI connector.

Goodnight,

the PSU works correctly, because with a rx 580 that I have at home, of 6 and 8 pins, there is no problem ...

As I have seen on the internet does not give an image because the 8-pin connector on the left is not plugged in. If it is plugged in, the graphics card should work, if nothing else has happened ... but at least, I understand that if that resistance is fixed it should turn on and not have a short circuit

Thank you

Regards,
