Hey, i´m in need of help again.

I have now completet my new build (component List below) but the fans of the Giigabyte GTX 1080 Ti are running at full speed as soon as the GPUs Temperature reaches 50°C. The GPU ist then playing Jet-Enginge until the System is shut down and restartet. The fan Speed using HWinfo is displayed at 0 rpm and 0% all the time. I already reinstalled the Nvidia drivers and tried setting the Fan speed manualy.
Hoping that you guys have any other suggestions on how to resolve that Problem.
I already found similar posts, but without a working solution and a bit older.

Setup:
Mainboard:
MSI Z370-A PRO Intel Z370
SSD
500GB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 2280 PCIe 3.0
CPU:
Intel i7 8700k
CPU fan
be quiet! Dark Rock 4
RAM:
16GB G.Skill RipJaws V DDR4-3200
Power Supply:
600 Watt be quiet! Straight Power 10 CM Modular 80+ Gold
GPU:
11GB Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Gaming OC Black Aktiv PCIe 3.0 x16 (Retail)

Solution
If theres no other software on your system that might be messing with the fan speeds (like afterburner) then probably need to rma the card.

Did not know Gigabyte Xtreme. I now tried it out but it doesnt work either. If I set a fixed speed it doesnt matter if I set it on 1% or 50% it always goes up to 100%.

Only now HWInfo suddenly shows GPU Fan at 100%
