Hello, I have overclocked ram.I suspect that your DDR3 1600 might be a limiting factor. Other than that, I see no reason for why this would be the case.
Power settings are on ultimate performance.I doubt it's memory frequency/bandwidth. Did you check the following?
- Change power settings to high performance in windows control panel.
- Make sure you have two dedicated power supply cables going to each PSU port on the graphics card. Don't use one PSU cable that has two connections daisy chained.
