GTX 1080Ti Founders Edition for $400, Worth It?

Hey Guys So I Found what I think is a really good deal on the market, I got someone willing to sell me a Gigabyte GTX 1080Ti Founders Edition for $400, looks really good and is said to have been barely used and never overclocked, I wanted opinions on whether or not it's worth the $400.

Ask to see it tested when you get there. You will know if there is something fishy unless they immediately have a legitimate reason they can't.

Yeah they're going to send me a video of it working and stuff. Seems like a decent person, nothing sketchy so far, I'll update you guys if it actually ends up being good.
