GTX 260 issue

Hi, my Video card its maing some weird noise when i use 2 monitor, is it normal?

And when i'm gaming like Call of Duty6 my second monitor is somehow bugged, i can only see half of it screen. I wanted to try Gaming + Youtube but everytimes i get in the game my full screen videos goes off. Anyone can help me? i dont use any programs for my dual Monitor.

What screen resolution are you using? What monitors?
Are you sure that the monitors are running at their native resolution?

What PSU do you have?

Also, have you tried updating drivers from the nvidia website?
