GTX 285 / GTX 295 Power requirement issue

I have an apevia iceberg 680 Watts.
My pc does not have any extra lights and fittings..2 hard drives...3 cd drives...quad core...and 3 fans...

Can I run a single 295 gtx..

can i run a single 285 gtx..

I think 2 285's are better then 1 295 (not including Asus Mars possibly)
 
that 46 amps or amperes are needed on the 12v rail in order for the GPU to be powered in a system, usually the amps are for the whole computer and are usually exaggerated, even so that PSU can't handle it and that PSU is poor quality, get rid of it, if it goes, your whole computer could go

I think i am going to stick with the 285 gtx and in a few months swtich out the psu

OR

I am going to get the 295 gtx with the gpsu and then switch out my other psu in a few months
